Come join our team as MANAGER - MEP
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all MEP operations across multiple construction and renovation projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, Planning, QS, Finance, and Warehouse teams for smooth project execution.
- Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Review and approve technical submissions, shop drawings, and material approvals.
- Monitor manpower allocation, material procurement, and inventory management efficiently.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and management regarding project progress and operational updates.
- Ensure proper project handover and provide relevant technical guidance for maintenance requirements.
- Lead, supervise, and monitor MEP teams to maintain productivity, discipline, and performance standards.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the MEP construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of MEP construction and subcontracting processes (Electrical and Controls preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, subcontractors, and technical teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of project coordination, technical documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work under pressure and successfully complete projects within deadlines.
