Come join our team as MANAGER - MEP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all MEP operations across multiple construction and renovation projects.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, Planning, QS, Finance, and Warehouse teams for smooth project execution.
  • Ensure projects are completed within approved timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Review and approve technical submissions, shop drawings, and material approvals.
  • Monitor manpower allocation, material procurement, and inventory management efficiently.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and management regarding project progress and operational updates.
  • Ensure proper project handover and provide relevant technical guidance for maintenance requirements.
  • Lead, supervise, and monitor MEP teams to maintain productivity, discipline, and performance standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the MEP construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP construction and subcontracting processes (Electrical and Controls preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, subcontractors, and technical teams effectively.
  • Strong understanding of project coordination, technical documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and successfully complete projects within deadlines.
