ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
- Maintain and organize company records, documents, and filing systems.
- Coordinate office maintenance and ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
- Support HR and Finance departments with administrative tasks when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
