ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
  • Maintain and organize company records, documents, and filing systems.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external stakeholders.
  • Support HR and Finance departments with administrative tasks when required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
