BODYSHOP SUPERVISOR

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our Bodyshop team as a Supervisor, ensuring the highest standards of repair quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience in managing bodyshop operations within the automotive industry. A genuine commitment to craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering an exceptional client experience will be essential in maintaining the premium standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise daily bodyshop operations end-to-end
• Allocate and monitor all repair work across the team
• Ensure quality repairs and on-time vehicle delivery
• Lead, coach, and develop bodyshop technicians

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 8–10 years in automotive body repair operations
• Minimum 3 years as Bodyshop Supervisor or Foreman
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid knowledge of body and paint repair processes
• Ability to manage productivity and uphold quality standards

BONUS ADVANTAGE

A technical qualification in Automotive Engineering or a related field will be a strong added advantage.
