RECEPTIONIST

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional front desk experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Provide support to other departments as required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • G.C.E. A/L qualification.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and handle front desk operations efficiently.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
