Key Responsibilities
- Issue airline tickets and process reservations
- Provide fare information and travel solutions
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Coordinate with airlines and internal teams
Key Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of GDS (Amadeus / Sabre preferred)
- Attention to detail and customer service oriented
- Previous experience in ticketing is an advantage
