SECRETARY

We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and responsible individual to join our team as a Secretary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle secretarial and administrative functions
  • Maintain statutory records and documentation
  • Coordinate board meetings and prepare minutes
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with government authorities and stakeholders
  • Support management with corporate and administrative matters
  • Handle tender procedures, procurement documentation, and agreements
  • Prepare reports, letters, contracts, and other official documents
  • Maintain proper filing systems and documentation records
  • Assist in administrative coordination and reporting functions

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in a similar position
  • BSc Degree / Diploma in Administration or a related field with relevant experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent analytical and reporting abilities with a data-driven mindset
  • Sound knowledge of company regulations and documentation procedures
  • High proficiency in MS Office applications (Sinhala typing is mandatory)
  • Computer literacy in MS Office, email handling, and documentation work
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently, responsibly, and meet deadlines
  • Strong professionalism and multitasking ability
  • Possession of a valid driving license will be an added advantage

SALARY

Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
