A Day in the Life of the Role
- Oversee daily showroom operations to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Lead and guide the team to achieve sales and service excellence.
- Maintain high-quality product presentation and brand standards.
- Manage customer inquiries and ensure efficient resolution in accordance with company guidelines.
- Ensure upkeep, hygiene, and timely prioritization of tasks.
- Monitor sales performance and support initiatives to drive revenue.
