Consultant (Production Efficiency Improvement)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct rapid assessment of current production processes
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and manpower optimization opportunities
- Improve factory layout and workflow
- Introduce production monitoring systems and KPIs
- Implement practical improvements (line balancing, 5S, waste reduction)
- Train and guide production team on best practices
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing process improvement
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and productivity tools
- Experience in labor-intensive production environments
- Hands-on, results-oriented approach
- Ability to deliver measurable efficiency gains
