ROLE PURPOSE

The Head of Operations ensures all Fry My Rice outlets deliver consistent food, strong profitability, and brand-standard execution across every location. This role is the operational backbone of the business – accountable for growth, cost control, excellence in execution, and brand protection.

  • Sales Monitoring
  • Kitchen & Food Control
  • Inventory & Stock
  • Staff Supervision
  • Customer Experience
  • Weekly Reporting
  • Outlet Audits
  • Cost Control Analysis
  • Staff Training
  • SOP implementation and improvement
  • Financial reviews with Management

All outlets are measured against the following performance targets. The Head of Operations is accountable for ensuring each outlet meets or exceeds KPI’s

  • Labor Cost
  • Google Rating
  • Wastage Management
