FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
LOCATION: BORALESGAMUWA
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate new salon opening projects from start to launch
- Follow up with franchisees to ensure timelines are achieved
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
- Monitor outlet setup progress, renovations, and fit-outs
- Coordinate delivery of furniture, equipment, branding materials, and supplies
- Track project schedules and provide regular progress updates
- Ensure outlet readiness before launch
- Conduct site visits and support franchisees throughout the setup process
- Coordinate training schedules and operational readiness activities
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in project coordination, operations, retail expansion, construction coordination, or franchise management
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to travel to project locations across Sri Lanka
