We are a reputed establishment in the HORECA industry and are seeking ideal candidates for a Modern Trade vacancy. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and motivated individual to join our sales team.

Modern Trade Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales within assigned modern trade accounts, ensuring strong market presence (e.g., Keels, Cargills, SPAR, etc.)
  • Conduct regular outlet visits and maintain effective follow-ups with customers
  • Identify and onboard new customers to expand the business network
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and effectively manage receivables
  • Analyse competitor activities and provide market insights and feedback

Qualifications

  • A Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Modern Trade
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of Sinhala and English; proficiency in Tamil will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • A valid driving license will be an added advantage
