Supply Chain Assistant

Join our dynamic team and support efficient supply chain operations in a leading healthcare institution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in procurement, inventory, and supply planning activities
  • Monitor stock levels and support timely replenishment of items
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for smooth operations
  • Maintain purchase records, stock reports, and documentation accurately
  • Support goods receiving, storage, and distribution processes

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma, certificate, or part qualification in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ related experience in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of procurement, inventory control, and supply chain procedures
  • Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP system knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Ability to work accurately, independently, and meet deadlines
