Manager - Admissions & Patient Services

Qualifications
- Degree / Higher National Diploma (HND) / Diploma or equivalent professional qualification in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Candidates with 7+ years of relevant healthcare, hospitality, airline customer service, or patient services experience will be given special consideration.
- MBA / MSc in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or Business Management (Advantage but not mandatory)
Experience
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in hospital admissions, front office operations, patient services, customer relations, hospitality, or healthcare administration.
- Minimum 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Experience in managing IPD admissions, insurance processing, corporate clients, bed management, and front office operations will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all admission operations including IPD admissions, transfers, discharges, bed allocation and related services.
- Ensure seamless coordination with Medical, Nursing, Billing, Insurance and Corporate teams.
- Improve patient experience and service standards at every touchpoint.
- Monitor operational KPIs, analyze data and drive continuous improvements.
- Manage and develop the admissions team, conduct performance reviews and ensure 24/7 operational excellence.
