CAFE MANAGER

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and experienced Cafe Manager to lead the operations of Legends Lounge and deliver an exceptional dining experience to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the café
  • Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Supervise and manage cafe staff efficiently
  • Prepare staff rosters, attendance, and shift scheduling
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
  • Monitor inventory, stock control, and purchasing requirements
  • Reduce operational wastage and control costs
  • Supervise billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports
  • Maintain staff discipline, grooming, and professionalism
  • Ensure maintenance of equipment and facilities
  • Prepare operational and performance reports for management

Requirements

  • Previous experience in café management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of food & beverage operations
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively
  • Good command of English and customer handling skills
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Age: 30-45
