CAFE MANAGER
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and experienced Cafe Manager to lead the operations of Legends Lounge and deliver an exceptional dining experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the café
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Supervise and manage cafe staff efficiently
- Prepare staff rosters, attendance, and shift scheduling
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Monitor inventory, stock control, and purchasing requirements
- Reduce operational wastage and control costs
- Supervise billing, cash handling, and daily sales reports
- Maintain staff discipline, grooming, and professionalism
- Ensure maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Prepare operational and performance reports for management
Requirements
- Previous experience in café management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of food & beverage operations
- Ability to work under pressure and manage teams effectively
- Good command of English and customer handling skills
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Age: 30-45
