PATTERN MAKER

We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual who is willing to take the challenge. The ideal candidate should possess the following.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate garment patterns based on design sketches and technical specifications.
• Assist in grading and developing size sets.
• Work with CAD systems such as OPTITEX/TUKA for 2D patterns.
• Collaborate with designers, merchandisers, and technical teams to ensure product accuracy.
• Support fittings and make necessary adjustments to patterns.
• Maintain proper documentation of patterns and ensure consistency in quality.

Individual Profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Pattern Maker in the apparel industry.
• Qualification in pattern making and grading (CITI/SLITA/Brandix/GIMI or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and fitting.
• Familiarity with CAD software (OPTITEX/TUKA) will be an added advantage.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
