WE ARE HIRING
- Quantity Surveyor – MEP
- Draughtsman – MEP
- Draughtsman – Electrical
QUANTITY SURVEYOR – MEP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare MEP cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
- Analyze drawings and specifications for accurate quantity take-offs
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations
- Monitor project costs, variations and budget performance
- Prepare interim valuations, progress claims, and final accounts
- Coordinate with project engineers and site teams on cost related matters
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and project specifications
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying
- Good knowledge of MEP systems, materials and installation practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
DRAUGHTSMAN – MEP
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as built drawings
- Develop HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and ELV layouts as per project requirements
- Coordinate drawings with architecture, structural and other engineering disciplines
- Revise drawings based on site conditions and consultant comments
- Maintain drawing records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Certificate in Draftsmanship, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant drafting software
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Good communication and teamwork skills
DRAUGHTSMAN – ELECTRICAL
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare electrical shop drawings, single line diagrams, panel layouts, and as built drawings
- Draft lighting, power, earthing, wiring and cable routing layouts
- Coordinate electrical drawings with other engineering disciplines
- Update drawings according to site changes and consultant requirements
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and standards
- Maintain drawing records and revision history
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Certificate in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical drafting
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and electrical drafting software
- Knowledge of LV distribution systems and LV electrical design
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication and teamwork skills
