We are seeking an experienced and insightful professional to join our team as:

Cost Control Executive / Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze expenses related to food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational departments.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.
  • Implement and oversee inventory control procedures to minimize waste and theft.
  • Conduct regular physical inventories and reconcile with system records.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate with suppliers for favorable terms and pricing.
  • Monitor monthly expenses and ensure they align with the budgetary guidelines.
  • Investigate and address any discrepancies in expenditures.
  • Present financial information to senior management and provide recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in cost control.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate and organized financial information.
  • Address any audit findings and implement corrective actions.

Qualification & Experience:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar capacity.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to prepare Daily/weekly/monthly cost reports.
  • Experience with Accounting Systems and POS Systems.
  • Responsible for maintaining the Menu Pricing, Consumption and POS systems.
  • Prior experience in preparing recipe costing.
  • Able to effectively control the Cost in all departments.
  • Good communication skills - Speaking & Writing
