Supervisor Packing & Dispensing (Male on Only)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supervisor – Packaging & Dispensing to oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient, accurate processes and compliance with food safety and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, hands-on experience, and the ability to manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily packaging and dispensing to meet production targets
- Ensure accurate weighing, batching, labeling, and packaging as per specifications
- Monitor production lines to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
- Identify improvements to optimize workflow and reduce waste
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance and corrective action
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience, preferably in food processing, FMCG, or manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience in packaging, dispensing, or production line supervision.
- Good understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
