Customer Relations Officer

Location - Head Office

Key Job Role & Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
  • Direct customer queries to the appropriate departments for quick solutions.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Document all call-related information according to company standards

Profile

  • G.C.E. Ordinal Level and/or G. C. E. Advanced Level (school leavers are encouraged to apply).
  • Minimum 1 year previous experience in the field of Customer Care / Call Center / Telemarketing, preferably in the Motor insurance or financial service industries would be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment.
  • Attention to details and ability to work with strict deadlines Very good interpersonal skills
