Job Vacancy: Junior Property Sales Agent
We are looking for energetic and confident Junior Property Sales Agents to join our real estate team.
The selected candidates will handle inbound and outbound calls for property sales and rentals, follow up with clients, and support the team in converting property leads into successful appointments and deals.

Property Sales Agent – Real Estate Sales & Rentals
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from property buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and potential clients.
- Promote available properties for sale and rent.
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties.
- Schedule property viewings and coordinate appointments.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Follow up with clients until the deal is closed.
- Coordinate with senior agents, property owners, and internal teams.
- Provide professional customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Sinhala and English.
- Confidence to speak with clients over the phone.
- Interest in real estate, property sales, and rentals.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to update lead records.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- School leavers and candidates with sales/customer service experience are welcome.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in sales, call center, customer service, or real estate will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work with monthly targets and performance KPIs.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
