SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR
Join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our sales operations and driving business success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and support day-to-day sales operations.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up with relevant departments.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and reports.
- Assist the Sales Team in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
- Support the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of sales-related documents.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and data analysis).
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
