SALES SUPPORT COORDINATOR

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our sales operations and driving business success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and support day-to-day sales operations.
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely follow-up with relevant departments.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and reports.
  • Assist the Sales Team in preparing presentations, reports, and marketing materials.
  • Support the preparation of sales forecasts and performance reports.
  • Ensure proper filing and maintenance of sales-related documents.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and data analysis).

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
