INVESTIGATIONS OFFICER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enforce company security policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with local authorities as and when required.
  • Conduct verification and background checks for employees, visitors, and third-party personnel.
  • Support fraud prevention by identifying suspicious activities and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
  • Assist in internal investigations related to security incidents, policy violations, and fraud.
  • Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unsafe conditions
  • Control access points and verify identification of visitors and employees.
  • Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
  • Prepare accurate incident and daily activity reports.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Working in an armed forces (Army/ Navy/ Air Force/ Police) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong observation and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Physically fit and willing to work rotational shifts.
  • Age should be below 55 years.
