INVESTIGATIONS OFFICER
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enforce company security policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with local authorities as and when required.
- Conduct verification and background checks for employees, visitors, and third-party personnel.
- Support fraud prevention by identifying suspicious activities and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- Assist in internal investigations related to security incidents, policy violations, and fraud.
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or unsafe conditions
- Control access points and verify identification of visitors and employees.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
- Prepare accurate incident and daily activity reports.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Working in an armed forces (Army/ Navy/ Air Force/ Police) will be an added advantage.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Physically fit and willing to work rotational shifts.
- Age should be below 55 years.
