VACANCY FOR TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICER

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Technical Support Officer to join our team at Aiken. The role involves providing timely and effective technical support for our range of banking and cash handling equipment.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting and maintaining cash counting / ATM / CRM / cash sorting and other banking products supplied by Aiken to ensure service level support is within the given time period and to minimize customer downtime.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 or any other similar related professional qualification in electronics, computer hardware, and IT.
  • Working knowledge of Windows OS/ antivirus/MS Office tools and networking would be an added advantage.
  • Age between 20 and 35 years with a positive attitude.

Attributes/Skills Required

  • Should be a hard-working, self-motivated, & result-oriented team player.
  • Good technical troubleshooting skills with a structured process to analyze
  • Ability to work under pressure and be able to travel with effective communication.
