BRANCH MANAGERS - BANKING
Our client, based in Papua New Guinea, is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Branch Managers to lead branch operations and drive business growth. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to enhance branch performance, deliver exceptional customer service, and develop high-performing teams while contributing to the bank's continued success in Papua New Guinea
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant service delivery.
- Champion excellent customer service standards and build strong, lasting relationships with our customers.
- Drive deposit mobilization and lending growth to achieve branch targets.
- Promote and cross-sell the bank's full range of products and services to meet diverse customer needs.
- Oversee, motivate, and coach branch staff, fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Manage branch risk effectively, including credit quality and operational risk.
- Develop and implement local marketing and business development initiatives to grow the customer base.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in bank branch management or a similar financial services leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, lending, credit assessment, and customer relationship management.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in emerging markets is an advantage.
