After Sales Coordinator / Trainee Coordinator

Location: Rathmalana, Sri Lanka
Swedish Trading Company (Pvt) Ltd, the authorized distributor for Atlas Copco products in Sri Lanka, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an After Sales Coordinator / Trainee Coordinator.
This role is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in technical after-sales service coordination within the engineering sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate with customers regarding after-sales service inquiries and service schedules.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare service quotations, service agreements, and related documentation.
- Draft professional correspondence including letters, memos, and customer communications.
- Maintain accurate attendance and service-related records in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate internally with service engineers and administrative staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS – EXPERIENCED CANDIDATES
- Previous experience in after-sales coordination, service coordination, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of engineering concepts and accounting practices.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS – TRAINEE CANDIDATES
- Minimum qualification: G.C.E. Advanced Level in Engineering Technology (ET) or a related technical field.
- Strong interest in developing a career in technical service coordination.
- Willingness to learn and undergo structured training.
- Excellent computer literacy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
