Executive - Social Media & Digital Marketing

The Job

  • Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies for both LUSH Skin Clinic and Taglio by Lush (Saloon).
  • Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories and campaigns materials across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube etc.).
  • Manage day-to-day social media operations – Replying inquiries, evaluation of comments, share important contents and proceed with required actions. (comments, messages, inquiries).
  • Identify and analyze latest trends in digital marketing/social media and develop creative content in matching trends.
  • Prepare and manage annual budget for corporate communications.
  • Prepare creative & attractive digital media promotions materials including videos, banners, podcasts & broachers.
  • Monitor effectiveness of campaigns in terms of reach, engagement, followers and engagement and proceed with required post promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to promote services, offers and events.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the audience.
  • Analyze performance metrics, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with influencers, photographers, and content creators when needed.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice, aesthetics and messaging across all digital channels for both brands.

The Person

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in branding/mass media handling/digital marketing (preferably in beauty or lifestyle/hospital).
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing/Branding/Business Administration/Mass communication/Digital Marketing.
  • Proficiency in content creation & digital tools.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Age between 24-30 (Male/Female).

The remuneration package will be attractive & negotiable based on experience & qualifications.
