WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR / QUALITY CONTROLLER COLOMBO
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a dedicated Workshop Supervisor / Quality Controller to oversee workshop operations, supervise technical staff, and ensure all repairs and services meet company quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- NVQ Level IV or Above / Diploma in Automobile Engineering.
- Computer Literacy.
- Valid Driving License.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum two years of work experience in a similar capacity.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in electric vehicle (EV) fault diagnosis and troubleshooting.
- Ability to carry out vehicle test drives before and after repairs to verify repair quality and vehicle performance.
- Experience in using automotive diagnostic tools and equipment.
- EV manufacturer training certifications and related technical qualifications will be considered an added advantage.
