- Recruitment Officer — Head Office
Work with flexibility. Travel required 80%, as this is not a job stationed at the Head Office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Prepare leaflets and publish job advertisements through appropriate recruitment channels.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, schools, and communities.
- Arrange region-wise and branch-wise recruitment campaigns.
- Ensure vacancies are filled within agreed timelines.
- Maintain a strong network with Schools, AOA Office, and other recruitment programs.
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment programs.
- Promote the organization's employer brand across recruitment platforms.
- Prepare monthly recruitment updates for the management.
REQUIREMENTS
- GCE (A/L) required; professional HR qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in banking, finance, leasing, or microfinance sector preferred.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle volume recruitment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation skills.
- Knowledge in Micro Finance Operations will be an added advantage.
- Our preference only for male candidates.
