EXECUTIVE – HR & ADMIN
REQUIREMENTS
- Certificate or Diploma in HRM / Management or related discipline will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 01 years of Work Experience in similar capacity.
- Excellent interpersonal Skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Good Oral and written communication skills in English & Sinhala, including the ability to draft letters in Sinhala.
- Sound knowledge in MS Office Packages.
- Outgoing personality with the highest level of loyalty.
- Positive Attitude / Should be a good team player.
DUTIES
- Engage in the Recruitment & On-boarding process.
- Maintaining Employee accurate records, processing payroll inputs.
- Maintaining the HRIS.
- Administration of Personal Files.
- Handling employee inquiries.
- Assisting in Employee Performance Management.
- Supporting the Development and Implementing of HR Policies.
- Generating & Analyzing HR Reports.
- Identifying, Coordinating and Supporting Training & Development Initiatives.
- Engage in Boosting a positive workplace culture.
