Laundry Manager
The Grand Hotel, is currently seeking a Laundry Manager to play a vital role in maintaining the impeccable standards of our establishment. If you are dedicated, organized, and committed to ensuring guest satisfaction, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain adequate supply of clean linen for guest rooms and F&B outlets by monitoring inventory levels ensure smooth laundry operation in daily basis.
- Maintain a High-Performing team and ensure efficient operation of laundry.
- Supervise the team in the maintenance of laundry supplies and equipment.
- Understand and demonstrate the sales process and utilization of sales tools to maximize leads and generate new business.
- Engage with guest in a friendly and professional manner when required.
- Ensure that quality assurance standards are met at all times and that the quality of service delivered complies with hotel guidelines and policies.
Qualifications:
- Preference for candidate who have completed the Hotel School Diploma / Degree or equivalent.
- Progressive career in Laundry Operations in a 5/4, start hotel with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Communicates with fluent in English and Local language. (Verbal and written)
