Business Development Executive – Project & Furniture Sales (Outbound)
We are hiring a results-driven salesperson to generate and close new business for our custom furniture manufacturing operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and develop new clients (contractors, developers, interior designers, homeowners)
- Build and manage your own pipeline of opportunities from initial contact to closing
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and continuous follow-ups
- Present solutions and coordinate quotations with internal teams
- Consistently secure new projects and orders
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in furniture/interior/project sales
- Proven ability to generate business and close deals independently
- Confident in client meetings, site visits, and relationship building
- Good understanding of customized furniture solutions
- Strong persistence and follow-up discipline
