Junior Executive - Finance

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of financial documents, such as invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
  • Accurately record financial transactions in the accounting system, ensuring proper coding and documentation.
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial records, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support the accounts payable and receivable functions, including timely processing of payments and collections.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, tracking variances and assisting with budget preparation.

Requirements

  • Age below 25
  • Full or part Qualification in Finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • 1 - 3 year relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software/systems.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.
