Vacancy for the position of
Field Service Cum Inventory Assistant / Officer – Corporate Service

The position holder will be responsible for managing field service and repair operations, supporting regional managers in achieving KPIs, overseeing product replacements, providing technical support to franchise agents, ensuring spare parts availability, and maintaining smooth regional operations.
Personal Profile
- Passed G.C.E. Ordinary level and G.C.E Advanced level examinations.
- Diploma-level education in Management or Human Resources.
- 3-5 years experience in similar capacity and knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in advanced MS Excel.
- Working knowledge on ERP / SFAS/ Powerbase.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala (Tamil Preferable).
- Age below 35 years.
Job Profile
- Coordinate and oversee field service operations, ensuring timely completion of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities while maintaining high corporate customer satisfaction.
- Manage corporate customer inquiries, complaints, product replacements, and service requests by providing prompt and effective resolutions in line with company policies.
- Monitor inventory and spare parts availability, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure uninterrupted service operations through effective inventory control.
- Liaise with corporate customers, service franchise agents, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Prepare operational reports, verify service-related invoices and payments, and identify process improvement opportunities to enhance service quality and productivity.
