We are looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join us as Driver cum Tour Guide in Uga Chena Huts, Yala. This role involves supporting hotel operations in delivering exceptional guest service while ensuring operational efficiency.
You will play a key role in delivering safe, comfortable, and memorable travel experiences for our guests, ensuring every journey reflects the highest standards of professionalism, reliability, and hospitality. Your expertise in safe driving and guiding guests will ensure smooth journeys and an enjoyable experience, while maintaining our high service standards.
Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or in a boutique hotel.
- Ability to speak in English in a clear and concise manner and proficiency in a secondary language is a definite advantage.
- Must have a strong customer service mindset to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Be a team player with positive attitude.
- Should possess a valid driving license.
