John Keells Properties leads the charge on the property development and real estate sector in Sri Lanka, with a significant portfolio of real estate in Colombo and the suburbs.
The Property Sector of John Keells Group requires the services of an Executive – Customer Service to gear itself to service its diversified Property Development Projects in Colombo equipped with modern technology and state of the art design.
Job Profile
- Monitoring and updating data on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Assisting with legal documentation for the signing of Sale and Purchase Agreements, Deed of Assignments, etc.
- Preparing letters to customers and performing related administrative duties.
- Liaising with the finance division to obtain necessary payment statements and related invoices.
Personal Profile
- Part or fully qualified with a Degree/ Professional Qualification in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 2-year prior experience in a similar capacity.
- Be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
