Profile
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in wealth management or private banking industry
- Bachelors degree/ Professional qualification in relevant field
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and deliver a high standard of service.
Role
- Manage end-to-end processing of client requests including account openings, subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and portfolio updates
- Assist in LYNEAR marketing activities
- Monitor transaction timelines and follow up to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to create a seamless service delivery
