ASSISTANT MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCES
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR professional to support and help lead the Human Resources function across our group of companies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead recruitment, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development programs.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll compliance, and HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and HRIS systems.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, including supervisory or managerial-level responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
