VACANCY - CHIEF QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Central Engineering Services (Pvt) Ltd. is a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Irrigation, the premier engineering organization at the forefront of infrastructure development in the country invites applications from citizens of Sri Lanka for the under mentioned appointment on Contract Basis to fill the vacancy at CESL.
Requirement
Chief Quantity Surveyor - (HM 1-3)
Any One of the Following (1 or 2 below)
- 1. B.Sc. Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification recognized by the Institution of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka (IQSSL) with a Postgraduate Degree qualification (Masters') in the relevant field Or Corporate Membership of Institution of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka (IQSSL).
- Minimum of Thirteen (13) years' experience at a “Managerial Level” in a Corporation, Statutory Board / Institution or a reputed private institution, after obtaining the first degree.
- 2. Full (Fellow) Membership of the Institution of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka (IQSSL) And Minimum of Thirteen (13) years' experience at a “Managerial Level” in a Corporation, Statutory Board/ Institution or a reputed private institution.
Age
Age should be not less than 35 years and not more than 55 years.
Salary & Other Benefits
- Selected applicant will be placed on a suitable salary point depending on qualifications and experience as per the Management Services Circular 01/2025. HM 1-3 - 2025 Rs. [152,500 - 15 x 4,100 - 214,000]
- Contribution of 12% and 3% of salary to the Employees Provident Fund and Employees Trust Fund respectively by the CESL.
