Assistant Manager - Sales and Marketing
PyroTek Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. is a growing fire protection company providing design, supply, installation, maintenance, and compliance support for Fire Detection, Fire Suppression, and Fire Extinguishing systems.
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for motivated and energetic sales and marketing personnel to help expand our customer base across apartments, commercial buildings, factories, hotels, and industrial facilities, and to drive sales and market expansions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads for maintenance contracts and installation projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
- Schedule customer meetings and site visits
- Coordinate with technical teams to develop customer solutions
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases
- Support marketing and business development campaigns
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in approaching and meeting new clients
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Good computer literacy (Excel, Word & Email)
- Valid riding/driving license preferred
- Experience in Fire Protection, Engineering, Construction, MEP, or Technical Sales will be an advantage
- Digital Marketing experience is an added advantage
