Executive – Business Development

Are you passionate about business development and building strong customer relationships?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive – Business Development. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, supporting commercial initiatives, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, principals, and key stakeholders.
  • Actively engaged in the local energy development sector, promoting local energy businesses in international shipping markets.
  • Support tender submissions, contract negotiations, and business proposals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in industry events, networking activities, and business development initiatives.
  • Prepare market intelligence reports and business performance updates for management.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Diploma or professional qualification in Shipping, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, shipping, energy, or a related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
