We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as an Executive – Business Development. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, supporting commercial initiatives, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, principals, and key stakeholders.
- Actively engaged in the local energy development sector, promoting local energy businesses in international shipping markets.
- Support tender submissions, contract negotiations, and business proposals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in industry events, networking activities, and business development initiatives.
- Prepare market intelligence reports and business performance updates for management.
- Manage key accounts and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Skills and Experience Required
- Diploma or professional qualification in Shipping, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, shipping, energy, or a related industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
