Position: CIVIL ENGINEER
Location: Colombo

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- BSc Eng. (Civil) with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- or
- NDT (Civil) with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- or
- NDES (Civil) or HND (Civil) with a minimum of 7 years of experience
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and understand construction plans, specifications, and drawings.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
- Conduct on-site inspections and site measurements.
- Prepare and manage method statements, work programs, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Manage materials, labor, and equipment on site efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve site issues and risks in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of project records.
- Monitor project progress and assist in preparing cost and time estimates.
- Support the Project Manager in day-to-day site management.
- Ensure timely completion of work within scope, quality, time, and budget.
