Minimum three years in the relevant post is essential with through knowledge of chemical application and costing.
Minimum three years experience in trouble shooting of panel boards, Generators, Industrial wiring, repair of electrical equipment etc are needed. Knowledge on plumbing civil work will be an added advantage
