JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Executive to provide administrative and executive support to the CEO and assist in the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes when required.
  • Screen and manage incoming emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents.
  • Follow up on tasks assigned by the CEO and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain confidential records, files, and company documents.
  • Coordinate communication between the CEO, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and business functions.
  • Assist with office administration, procurement, and general administrative duties.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and databases.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the CEO or Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administration or executive support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
