JOIN OUR TEAM AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Executive to provide administrative and executive support to the CEO and assist in the smooth day-to-day operations of the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes when required.
- Screen and manage incoming emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare reports, presentations, letters, and other business documents.
- Follow up on tasks assigned by the CEO and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain confidential records, files, and company documents.
- Coordinate communication between the CEO, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Organize company events, meetings, and business functions.
- Assist with office administration, procurement, and general administrative duties.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and databases.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the CEO or Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in administration or executive support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
