A fast-growing international group of companies with operations across Sri Lanka, USA, UK, and Russia, operating in the Healthcare, Leisure & Entertainment, and Hospitality sectors, is launching its Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) BPO Operations in Port City, Colombo, Sri Lanka.

OPPORTUNITIES
1. EXECUTIVE SECRETARY TO CEO
- SALARY: LKR 200,000 – 350,000
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and prioritizing the CEO's calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Preparing agendas, board papers, meeting minutes, and follow-up action items
- Handling executive correspondence and communications
- Coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Managing confidential information with discretion
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
- REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Pleasant and professional personality
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Female candidates preferred
- Candidates with exceptional English communication skills may be considered for trainee positions
2. ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER
- SALARY: LKR 150,000 – 250,000
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing day-to-day administrative operations of the organization
- Managing strategic partnerships, stakeholder relations, and vendor management
- Coordinating with suppliers, business partners, and external stakeholders
- Supporting organizational planning and cross-functional coordination
- REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Minimum 2+ years of administrative or management experience
- Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills
- Female candidates preferred
3. RECEPTIONIST
- SALARY: LKR 100,000+
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serving as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming communications
- Managing front desk operations efficiently
- Handling incoming calls, directing inquiries, and managing correspondence
- Maintaining a welcoming and professional front office environment
- REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Pleasant, friendly and confident personality
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Professional grooming and dress code
- Welcoming and client-focused demeanor
- Female candidates preferred
