What We Are Looking For

n- Previous kitchen experience in restaurants, hotels, cafés, or catering operations
n- Experience in busy service environments will be a strong advantage
n- Good work ethic and reliability
n- Ability to work cleanly and efficiently under pressure
n- Strong attention to detail and consistency
n- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
n- Ability to work as part of a team
n- Commitment to food quality and kitchen standards

For the Butcher Position
n
Experience handling meat preparation, portioning, trimming, and storage procedures will be a strong advantage
n
Earnings
n
n- LKR 200,000+ per month during peak season
n- (Including base salary, service charge, and incentives where applicable)
