MANAGER

“Nethsetha” is a fully equipped ISO 9001:2015 certified Eye Hospital with the State-of-the art infrastructure and is duly registered with the Private Sector Hospital’s Regulatory Authority, Established in 2011. This Hospital has become a leading service-oriented hospital in the Sabaragamuwa Province and is situated at New Town, Rathnapura.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the hospital administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Marketing and fair knowledge in finance and management. The proven expertise in hospital management will be an added qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee hospital marketing, operations, finance, and HR functions.
• Ensure efficient financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Improve overall hospital efficiency and patient services.

• Degree in Marketing or Finance, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
