Assistant Manager - Operations
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor's degree or any other professional qualification in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Postgraduate qualifications (MHA, MBA) are a distinct advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations with a total of over 05 years in marketing, operations, or customer service in healthcare, aviation or hospitality sector.
- Strong proficiency in budget management, facility management, and team leadership. Familiarity with local healthcare codes and accreditation processes is preferred.
- Strong mentoring and communication skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams in service driven environments.
- Adaptable and empathic with a flexible, approach to working hours and proven ability to perform well under pressure.
- Ability to build consensus and relationships among business partners, management and staff.
Assistant Manager/ Senior Executive - Business Development
The ideal candidate should have:
- Fully or partly qualified degree in marketing or any professional qualification in marketing (SLIM/ CIM).
- Minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical sector.
- Be dynamic, self-motivated, result oriented and have a proven track record.
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work long hours according to the requirements.
- Age should be below 40 years.
