Intern (Customer Success)

This internship opportunity is ideal for enthusiastic and aspiring individuals with an academic background in business or management who are eager to gain hands-on learning experience in a professional technology environment. As an Intern, you will work closely with our Customer Success team to assist in nurturing and growing relationships with our existing clients. Your interest in business development and client servicing will enable a more effective learning experience as you work alongside our Customer Success Managers.
Qualifications and Experience We’re After
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Management or a related field.
- Interest in customer relationship management, business development, sales, and SaaS/technology solutions.
- Basic understanding of sales or account management concepts.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems or other SaaS systems will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of proposal writing, presentations, or client servicing will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, willingness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Your Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Success team in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Support in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
- Help prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Assist in tracking client accounts, renewals, and contract timelines.
- Support in coordinating with internal teams to address client requirements and ensure timely follow-up.
- Help maintain updated client records, account plans, and activity reports.
- Participate in client meetings and calls under supervision, taking notes and following up on action items.
- Contribute to gathering client feedback and supporting initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention.
