- Relevant qualifications and experience in the respective field
- Pre-opening hotel or resort experience will be an added advantage
- Physically fit and able to perform assigned duties
- Strong knowledge of safety and hygiene standards
- Reliable, disciplined and customer service oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Plus points for relevant certifications, technical and pool maintenance knowledge, safety awareness, guest service excellence and hands-on problem-solving skills.
