Assistant Guest Service Manager (Russian)

Location: Lhaviyani Atoll, Maldives

Crown & Champa Resorts is looking for an energetic and passionate Assistant Guest Services Manager (Russian Speaking) to join our dynamic team. You will assist the Front Office Manager in ensuring seamless daily operations across all guest service functions, support and motivate the Island Host team, serve as a key contact for Russian-speaking guests, and create memorable experiences that reflect our brand’s signature warmth and excellence.

Task and responsibilities

  • Support and supervise daily operations of the Island Host team, Kids Club, and Guest Services activities.
  • Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with check-ins, room orientations, departures, welcome meetings, and back-of-house tours when required.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Conduct regular courtesy calls or personal interactions with guests to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist with special guest requests, excursions, and restaurant reservations.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and logs in Opera PMS or other systems.

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Guest Services, Front Office, or similar leadership role within a luxury resort or hotel environment.
  • Fluent in both Russian and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a multicultural team.
  • Proficiency in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office applications.
  • High standards of personal presentation, professionalism, and work ethic.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic resort environment.
